Bernice Eker asked:

Unknown to most people, muscle building foods are just as important as workout routines in bodybuilding. Most people over train but binge on junk foods with a lot of oil and sugars in it. They end up wasting precious time and energy on workouts. They may lose some weight, but retain water flab, instead of forming firm, healthy muscles. You need to eat muscle building foods if you wish to be successful in body building.

Just the right amount of protein

You can’t overload on protein and eat nothing else because you’ll ruin your kidneys and liver. Instead of binging on fatty burgers, which most men like to excuse as delicious “protein”, you should invest more on lean meats like tuna and white chicken meat. Beef is good for those who are body building, but it’s best for you to prepare this on your own at home. Fast food burgers may be made out of 100% beef but they’re also dipped in so much recycled fat that it’ll clog up your arteries if you’re not very careful.

Hard boiled eggs are complete breakfast meals. If you find that you get too hungry to ear just one, take your hardboiled eggs with healthy, high fiber whole wheat breads. Make sure that you go easy on condiments that are high on sodium. Sodium can make you retain water, and that’s never a good thing for someone who’s trying to look lean and mean.

Take care of your bones

Dairies are also good muscle building foods. Aside from the significant amount of proteins found in milk, dairy products are also good sources of calcium, and we all know how frail the bone can get when we’re dieting and exercising more than usual.

To protect your bones, you should drink at least two tall glasses of milk every day. Most people who work out regularly miss out on their dairy intake and have poor bone structures. The last thing you want to do is injure yourself while you’re working out.

Dodge the caffeine

It’s true that to be able to build muscles effectively, you should also lose fat mass. There were recent studies that taking in caffeine can increase your hear rate significantly and make you burn energy faster. A lot of fitness buffs have then started taking coffee right before their work out.

More recent research, however, showed that drinking coffee right before your workout makes you palpitate. This means the caffeine is extremely dangerous during workout especially for people with pre-existing heart conditions. Aside from the palpitations, fitness buffs should also worry about dehydration. Nothing dehydrates the body faster than a cup of coffee. You can suffer from serious complications like urinary tract problems and heat stroke because of taking coffee right before working out.

Vitamin C

Citrus fruits are also good muscle building foods not just because they aid in fat loss, but because they help keep the body healthier. Most people feel that their resistance gets weaker when they exercise everyday. This is because their bodies are put under extreme physical strains when they workout. Now, it’s counterproductive to be sick because you’re working out too much. Vitamin C and other anti-oxidants from fruits help you keep your body healthy.

JULIAN

Rod Dagan asked:

A common belief is that female body sculpting will detract from her feminine look.

Also many women are afraid of female body sculpting, because of the misconception that they will develop a flat chested look that many athletes and female body builders have. Professional female body builders have to spend a lot of time and money developing this look.

The facts are that developing the essential chest muscles will give some valuable results as well as maintaining good posture enhancing ******* that are beginning to sag.

Just adhering to a gruelling physical and daily exercise program is not truly body sculpting. There is no need to buy expensive equipment or spend your hard earned income to join those costly gyms and fitness centres. Sculpting requires development of specific areas and muscle groups to shape and tone them

Sculpting your body means to reshape the one you have and not transform it into something that isn’t you. To do this a thorough understanding of the basics is needed. Misunderstandings and myths abound and this can lead the beginner, even the experienced in the wrong direction.

A word of advice would be to not get caught up in the hype and excitement of programs that are offered every day. These persuasive ideas entice you into purchasing the latest miracle equipment and diets which can lead you in the wrong direction.

Most of this stuff is unnecessary as you can control your body sculpting by setting up a personal plan with realistic expectations. Take all the ideas offered and devise a system that suits you.

Take into account your body weight and shape and use that in a programmed exercise, this will eliminate the need or desire to become involved in unnecessary and expensive services. Really all you need are some inexpensive tools such as a mat, exercise ball, steps or the free equipment provided in your local park and by nature.

Don’t get caught up in the stress a regimented system, overall health is the most important aspect of your life. Give yourself the most options in your body sculpting by plan developing a workout program not limited to a specific place or time; OK you still need to be a little disciplined.

Changes and milestones in your life may have affected your body shape but these can be overcome by applying your body sculpting plan. Reshaping specific areas can restore your former self or create an even the better body you are dreaming about.

Achieving a great body should be a sustainable a realistic goal and this can easily be achieved with a daily female body sculpting system which will maintain your overall fitness and heart health.

It is ultimately up to you and no expensive advice or equipment will do it for you. The most important tool is your body; use it in your body sculpting program in your quest to achieve your goal.

A good diet is a must it will compensate for our little indulgences and anything you consider affecting your health it is advisable to consult a physician before beginning any type exercise program

ELISEO

Christine Cilano asked:

Most women want to look young and feel their best all the time. However, many of them are burdened with excess fat. The good news now is that the excess fat can be effectively removed using the latest laser-assisted liposuction body sculpting technique, SmartLipo. Laser sculpting is a safe and effective alternative for getting rid of those stubborn fat deposits.

SmartLipo Laser-Assisted Liposuction Ensures Successful Fat Removal

The first FDA-approved laser-assisted liposuction using the SmartLipo device is suitable for women who have unwanted fat in targeted areas. SmartLipo liposuction is a minimally invasive lipolysis technique designed to melt away fat deposits from body parts including neck, male breast, armpit, upper arms, midback (bra rolls), flanks (love handles), abdomen, outer and inner thighs, lower back, buttocks and knees. This technique is effective for skin tightening as well. The candidates who are ideal for laser assisted liposuction surgery or laser sculpting are those who are physically healthy and are having normal body weight but with superfluous fat in localized areas. The latest version of the SmartLipo laser known as the MPX, which operates dual wavelengths is also used to maximize fat removal and skin tightening.

Natural Looking Results with Less Downtime

SmartLipo offers many advantages over traditional liposuction techniques. This advanced procedure has an excellent safety record and is performed under local anesthesia. The patient recovers faster with less swelling and bruising than with traditional methods. At the same time, this procedure avoids the risks, cost and inconvenience of general anesthesia while offering natural looking results.

DAREN
