i have the biggest loser power sculp DVD that i try to do everyday, and that really gets me sweating. i burn about 500 calories in 30-40 minutes of it. and its a 6 week program adding different levels of activies every 2 weeks.
if i continue to eat healhty and do the DVD can i lose 15 pounds by my goal

I want to get into bodybuilding but am very unsure of where to start. Many hours have been spent looking through articles on websites like bodybuilding.com and others. Trying to find a plan though is difficult. Most of the challenging plans that I believe will show results I need machines that are only in fitness centers. Can anyone point me in the direction of a solid workout plan that will help me sculp a big lean body with the materials I have? By the way, I’m not afraid to eat, I love eating, especially healthy and the more I can get down and turn into muscle the better. Thanks.
