Long story short, I’m back to working out full-time again. I’m 6′0 150lbs. I eat subway 3x’s a day, and eat about 3 protein bars a day. I drink only water. I workout at the gym twice a day 4 times a week for about 2hrs each session. I do 1/2hr of cardio and lift free weights. Trying to gain a good 35lbs of muscle. I gave up cokes, chocolate, and everything else. When I can’t stomach subway anymore I eat steak and potatoes (protein and carbs). I take a multi-vitamin, workout supplement, and a red-bull daily before working out. When working out I do heavy weight light reps. I’m about to get back on whey protein (shakes) and maybe get some weight gainer too. Any tips/ideas that could help would be greatly appreciated. I have a very very toned and sculped body, its just rather lean. Trying to get bigger muscles. Thanks in advance for any advice.
btw, ive read body builder 101, i read men’s health and men’s fitness magazines, i used to play football and run track back in HS, and I used to be a boxer. I took weight training in HS too. I know the basics of working out to get bigger and what not, just looking for some possible tips that I haven’t found yet. My job also is very physical, so I’m constantly working my muscles on a daily basis. The only thing I’m not doing is really getting enough sleep at night. other than that, im doing pretty much everything to get and see good results.

My legs look a lot more muscular then before. My stomach looks different though. It looks more muscular but i weigh 2 pounds heavier. And i have not been eating over my daily calorie intake or anything. I do not know if its bloating or what. How do i lose those 2 pounds again without gaining more muscle? I want to lose the fat before i get more muscle
i am 5 foot 9 inches by the way

One of my friends have a very organized schedule for workouts at the gym and do some cardio on the side and my other friend does all of his workouts on a jungle gym and does ALOT and different varieties of pullups and also works his abs with pullups too. my friend that does the street workout has very big muscles and sculped abs but the other is just average and has decent abs. The weightraining friend can benchpress 265 and the other that rarely does it can bench 280 and he has a much smaller frame. Which one is the better workout and does the streetworkout work for everyone?

I have been lifting heavy weights for 1 year. I have followed a dedicated routine and went from 165lbs to 190lbs (I’m 6′1). What can I do to work on sculping my body so I have alot more definition? As far as diet suggestions and weight lifting routines. I don’t have much body fat to start with and have a lot of muscle already, but there is always room for improvement. Thank you ahead of time.

Here is the deal, I’m 17 and weigh about 150 lbs maybe a little less. Lost 80 lbs last winter by mostly healthy dieting. Now I have a small gym area set up in my basement that includes a bench with an adjustable bar holder that can be used for squats to I guess. It also has a leg extension and preacher pad on it. Also, 2 dumbbells and one EZ curl bar. A bunch of weight to.

I want to get into bodybuilding but am very unsure of where to start. Many hours have been spent looking through articles on websites like bodybuilding.com and others. Trying to find a plan though is difficult. Most of the challenging plans that I believe will show results I need machines that are only in fitness centers. Can anyone point me in the direction of a solid workout plan that will help me sculp a big lean body with the materials I have? By the way, I’m not afraid to eat, I love eating, especially healthy and the more I can get down and turn into muscle the better. Thanks.
